Ramadhan Kareem.

Ramadhan is starting in the next couple of days. Ramadhan is the 9th month in the Islamic calendar, in which muslims all over the world fast. From sunrise to sunset, muslims practice self discipline and refrain from eating and drinking. Not only do they practice physical control but develop spiritually as well. 

Ramadhan is a time to reflect on the blessings God has bestowed upon us. I pray that everyone has a blessed Ramadhan filled with spiritual growth. May we use our time wisely and leave this month better than how we started it. 

"The month of Ramadhan is that in which was revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion...Allah intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship and wants for you to complete the period and to glorify Allah for that to which He has guided you; and perhaps you will be grateful." (2:185)
